There have been lots of very good 6 Nations preview pieces this week. The 42 has put out some great content, with Lynne Cantwell’s preview of Ireland’s campaign – and how best to approach a tournament for which expectations are lower – a particular highlight. Nick Bishop highlighted the scrum battle between Scotland and England in an excellent bit of analysis on Green & Gold Rugby, and his second Calcutta Cup preview piece (on Eddie Jones’ & England’s attacking structures) is also worth a read. The Gain Line covered some interesting aspects of the debate over England’s back row balance, while Andy McGeady looks in detail at the line out for the Irish Times.
